I'm a Miami native and have built my career across real estate. As Senior Vice President of Development & Asset Management at IRAS Group — a family-owned commercial firm developing, owning, and managing properties across South Florida since 1985 — my time is split across both sides of the business: leading the financial side of the portfolio (reporting, budgets, analysis, and the decisions around what we acquire, sell, and reposition), and helping move new developments forward from underwriting through execution.
I'm also the founder of Canopy Homes, a design-focused residential developer building a small number of homes in Miami's older, tree-lined neighborhoods. Each home is shaped by the character of its site, and I stay involved in every decision from land to finish.
Most recently, I cofounded FeasyBuild, software that answers the question at the heart of every project from the outset: whether it works financially. It brings together what I've learned across investment and development into a single feasibility platform for commercial real estate development — multifamily, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and more.
My focus on the economics of real estate began while I was studying finance at the University of Miami, during the 2008 financial crisis — and it has shaped my approach ever since.
